PHYSICAL Coaching

Either separately or as a powerful additional tool in the coaching relationship we can explore how your current challenges and needs are being affected by and are affecting your physical experiences

We can consider the impact of others on your emotional wellbeing and how to ground and centre yourself, relax and be mindful and present, so you are more prepared to take on the stresses and strains of your role and your chosen lifestyle; as part of this we would naturally consider elements like gravitas, presence and social confidence

We can consider the static body in terms of aches and pains from sitting too long, poor posture, injuries from trying to combine exercise alongside a sedentary lifestyle without fully integrating it into your normal activity

We can also consider rehabilitation work to ensure imbalances or long term adjustments in movement can be improved dynamically through core and flexibility work
