There will be a series of MHFA Mental Health First Aid two day training courses in Farnham as well as other mental health awareness programmes.

If you are interested in becoming a mental health first aider with an accreditation you can use at work and in the community, if you want to help end the stigma, gain greater awareness of mental health and mental ill health, then the two day is the course for you. More will be added soon and please contact me with any questions.

There is a minimum of 8 people required for the course and a maximum of 16. If we don't reach the required number or have too many for a particular course it may be postponed or there may be a waiting list. If either are the case I'll let you know!
