Over a set period of time and a series of agreed regular meetings we will explore in depth what is going on for you and what changes you are hoping to make and see.

We can follow whatever approach makes sense to us in each session, be it simply a conversation, or drawing on creativity and play, movement, or exploring using more specific coaching models or techniques derived from more therapeutic approaches. We will be adaptable to what is going on for you in that moment whilst being aware of your longer term goals.

The time is yours to use and will be a safe and confidential place.  


As a result you will have gained greater awareness about yourself, and will feel more confident in approaching your challenges, having explored them fully, having put into practice and tested your ideas and had a chance to reflect, feedback and make appropriate improvements on the journey and have the necessary resources to move forwards.
