Inner Child Ltd

Over the last few years it has become increasingly clear that we need community and spaces to connect as humans in real time, to explore our experiences, grow, and learn together so that we don’t continue down the slippery slope to isolation, separation and internal echo chambers of doubt. Community spaces where we can be held, nurtured, vulnerable, and where we can safely express our grief, joy, fear, and anger. Spaces where were can be the real messy and awkward us without fear of judgement, opinion or advice, but also places where we can learn and debate together topics relating to the health of our shared humanity.
The Sanology Labs™ are founded by and for imperfect humans, as a collective for supporting and exploring growth and evolution of being a good enough human through connection, shared experience, and mutual learning.
Sanology is a neo-Latin term ascribed to approaching life though a lens of positive health, in the light, in gratitude, and in messy hopefulness. It is the opposite of pathology, which keeps us in pain, in injury and trauma, it keeps us in the shadow, turned inward and isolated, in illness. Failing to acknowledge that we are all naturally and healthily differently ordered, not pathologically and arbitrarily disordered. Sanology s a focus away from disease, into ease,
health and resourcing supported through knowledge from experience, shared eldership and wisdom, action, community and reciprocity.
Labs are places that provide opportunity for experimentation, observation, learning and practice in an environment safe to make mistakes and build knowledge and experience through structures and catalysts that enable emergent and sometimes unexpected or unrelated wisdom. The Labs are designed to reflect a balance of unity and diversity, dependence and individuality, cooperation and community, connection and belonging. The harmonised balance between the material world, intelligence, networks and diversity required for humanity to continue to thrive.
The Sanology Labs™ are places with regular monthly facilitated meetings that comprise small group discussion and sharing, that you’re invited to drop into as your life and schedule allows, and with a supportive presence. Some will be personal storytelling circles around a
sanological theme, some will be circles around a topical theme in world events, some will be coaching or body and mindful awareness, and others will be short learning workshops.
